- 2022 Giusti ‘Oro’ Extra Brut (Asolo Prosecco Surperiore): Green apple fans will indeed feel as though they’ve struck gold. $NA B+
- 2019 Giusti Augusto Recantina (Veneto): Cherry, chocolate, cedar, and a confident demeanor. $NA B+
- NV Cantina Montelliana Extra Brut (Asolo Prosecco Superiore): A lively, refreshing, easy-going way to uplift your mood. $NA B
- NV Cantina Montelliana Extra Dry Asolo Prosecco Superiore): An approachable cornucopia of stone fruits and white flowers. $18 B
- 2021 LeTerre Merlot (Asolo Montello): Black olives, black plums, black leather, all wrapped in silk. $NA B+
- 2017 LeTerre Montello Rosso (Asolo Montello): Savory, smoky, deep, and broad Bord’x style blend that somehow belies its 4 years(!) spent in oak. $NA A-
- 2021 LeTerre Cabernet Sauvignon (Asolo Montello): Like a bottled version of a tasty charcuterie serving. $NA B+
- 2010 Sandlands Mataro (California): Crunchy and vibrant, and not appearing a day over 5 years old! $NA A-
- 2002 Burge Family Winemakers ‘D & OH’ (Barossa Valley): More simple red fruit, but much more complex pepper spiciness still makes it a fascinating sniffer. $50 A-
- 2022 Kumusha ‘The Flame Lily’ (Slanghoek): Pure apricots and flowers well worthy of the Rhone style it emulates. $35 A-
