- 2017 San Felice Campogiovanni Brunello di Montalcino (Tuscany): Bramble, earth, roses, plums, and all around happiness. $75 A-
- 2022 Val delle Rose ‘Rosamante’ (Morellino Di Scansano): Sultry Scansano that’s soft, seductive, spicy, and supple. $NA B+
- NV Fiol Prosecco Extra Dry (Veneto): Floral and irresistibly fruity, and refreshingly balanced. Ignore the haters. $19 B+
- 2013 Bodegas Fabregas ‘Mingua’ Garnacha Cabernet (Somontano): In great shape and showing off as many spices (pepper, currants, tomato leaf and dried violets) as it can. $NA B+
- 2019 Charlie & Echo Witherfall Tempest Red Blend (San Diego County): Delightful. Racy, light, and boisterous with wild berries, pepper, and cinnamon. $35 A-
- NV Bon Vivant Sparkling Wine (California): Gets right to the pint with apples, toast and refreshment. $20 B
- NV Roederer Estate Brut (Anderson Valley): A bit aggressive, but you’ll dig the poached pear, biscuit, red apple, & dried herbs. $32 B+
- 2021 Domaine Anderson Pinot Noir (Anderson Valley): Vibrancy is driving the buggy in this lovely red. $60 A-
- 2021 Domaine Anderson Chardonnay (Anderson Valley): It’s ALLLIIIIVVVVEEE!!!! Nectarine, peach, lemon, tart apple, and a truly vibrant texture. $40 A-
- 2021 Domaine Anderson Dach Vineyard Pinot Noir (Anderson Valley): Excellently executed, and never once loses its sense of vibrant joy. $75 A
